3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage
Defects in Materials and Workmanship
We guarantee that our traps are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use and conditions. Should any part of the trap fail due to manufacturing defects within three years of purchase, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge.
Electrical Components
This warranty covers electrical components, including motors, wiring, and control units, to ensure that any manufacturing faults or early-life failures are addressed. We will provide replacement parts or repairs for any electrical issues that arise within the warranty period.
Mechanical Failures
The warranty includes coverage for mechanical components, such as springs, gears, and moving parts, that may malfunction or break under normal operating conditions. If a mechanical failure occurs, we will either repair or replace the affected part as needed.
Labour Costs for Repairs
If a repair is required due to a covered defect, the cost of labour for the repair or replacement will be covered by the warranty. Acorn’s experienced engineers will perform the necessary repairs to ensure that the machine functions as intended.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Repairs: For mainland UK customers, Acorn will cover the cost of and arrange for shipping to and from the Acorn workshop for warranty repairs.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, external factors such as extreme weather or power surges, or unauthorised modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Acorn Target Systems Ltd.

Delivery and Collection Information
Goods purchased from Acorn Target Systems Ltd, unless otherwise stated, will be dispatched from our warehouse at Unit 32, Wolseley Business Park, Mobbs Way, Lowestoft NR32 3FA. Goods are covered by the warranty as stated above and are non-refundable.
Damages and Returns
If any goods are delivered and are deemed faulty or damaged, Acorn Target Systems Ltd must be notified immediately. In such cases, the goods must be returned to Acorn Target Systems Ltd before replacements are sent out.
If any goods delivered to the customer are damaged, they must be rejected or signed for as damaged upon receipt. If the condition of the goods is not visible, they should be signed for as “condition and contents unknown.” All goods dispatched from the Acorn Target Systems Ltd warehouse are in perfect working condition. To make claims on any damage with our couriers or hauliers, we require photographic evidence at the time of delivery.
