1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers will be informed of any non-refundable deposit terms before placing their order.
  • Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable depending on the stage of production at the time of cancellation.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods.
  • Customers must notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the fault prevents this

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued once we have inspected the returned item and confirmed the fault or damage.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days.
  • Shipping costs for returned items may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged.

4. Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns for custom-built or made-to-order products unless they are defective.
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under our returns policy.
